Suddenly you realize one day , your best of pair jeans are getting tighter. Wat is it? You wonder, are the jeans shrinking or you getting fatter ? To your horrific disbelief , you are gaining weight.
You saved your best pair of jeans for important occasions . Now you can no more wear it. Is this an alarming signal ? Your body is no more in shape . It is gainig weight rapidly and if you do nothing now to stop it , you will regret as it is too late! Instant solution to this what most of the young people think is ……Dieting!!!! They’l start skipping Meals , satisfying themselves thinking no more calories is consumed by them. This will not help , as it will eventually cause a low metabolic rate which in turn will cause the fat to return even faster when your diet finishes. Instead of adopting all these measures , take a look at undermentioned easy solutions. Practice them and be in shape once again.
Firstly, it is important to check ur daily routine . Include more of physical exercises , prefer walking rather taking a rickshaw or other mode of transport. Use stairs instead of elevators and Lifts.
Exercise daily for at least 30 minutes. Include regular aerobic exercises like brisk walking, swimming etc
Leave junk food , eat healthy natural food – Fruits , green vegetables as they contain low calories.
Better stick to vegeterian meals , try avoiding non- vegeterian food items.
In vegetarian foods – avoid rice and potatoes as they have much of carbohydrate.
Also large intake of milk and milk products should be avoided.
Eat less sugar- If you eat much sugar, reduce your daily inntake of free sugar, or bounded sugar as in flour, potatoes and in coffee or tea.
Avoid drugs and pills . As you don’t know what they are and how they work. Use them after consulting your doctor.
Consume honey with warm water, daily empty stomach . Add lime to taste. It will help in reducing weight.

Be aware that even if a food claims to have "no cholesterol" on the front of the package, it may still be high in fat and saturated fat. So always read the fine print.
When you fry something, try to use as little fatty smear in the pan as possible.
Avoid eccessive alcohol consumption. Alcohol contains energy, and will be transformed to fat, if you consume too much of it.
Motivate yourself time and again . Daily meditation can help to relaxe your mind and gain control of ur weight.
