The Frost-bite
| The Frost-bite |
|
Winds of change blew And all autumn leaves fall I close my eyes And just a tear drops Shiver do I in cold Warmth from separated do I gather I forget distant means far Seeking new avenues they are Shiver I again Rare droplets excoriate the pain Momentary is the relief Excruciatingly another leaf falls And the callous sun bares all Scorching my skin Blistering my feet So numb from treading they are But walk they will always Bleed they will But walk will they always Will they? For unremitting is the battle Adversary’s huge army Disrupt my cheerful solitude Slippery are grains of hopes Reflecting pallid blue in my hands Composed By Nidhi Batra |
