Halfway Through:

Halfway Through, has been a part of the Indian metal scene for the past 2 years. Originally founded by vocalist Nishant and bassist Sushmit in 2004, Halfway Through has been playing its own brand of black metal ever since. Their musical influences include Norwegian black metal acts such as Burzum, Carpathian Forest, and Emperor. Their first single 'Silver' debuted on radio waves on 22nd July 2006 on the 'Weekend Powerhouse' show aired on AIR FM Rainbow 102.6 MHz and received rave reviews. Halfway Through, with their distinct 'rasped' vocal style and guitars brings a new dimension to the black metal genre, a genre usually characterized by an aggressive and abrasive sound.

Project Blend Limited:

Conceptualized in 1993 by Christopher Ritchie (Ex-drummer) and Terry, Project Blend Ltd. debuted at Rendezvous, IIT Delhi 2000. With many line up changes, the band has now finally started performing on a regular basis at gigs and shows. The most thrilling experience for the band was getting to open for Sepultura, which was a big boost for the band's morale. The band has a promotional demo with two tracks: 'Defunct' and 'The Pain Inside'. They are now in the process of releasing their album.

Another Vertigo Rush has been classified under many genres...They've made trips through nu-metal, psychedelic metal and finally - with what the majority of the band agrees - 'psychedelic rock'. Instead of a genre, the band functions on an idea. The band always has, and continues to strive to keep its music original. Their ideology is to create music for the sake of creating it and for the sake of communicating through their music. It tries to act as a medium through which music flows and is constantly in an effort to communicate, what the band members sense, through their music.
