Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies is organising college’s annual flagship business convention, “Convergence” which aims to discuss some the most contentious issues pertaining to business and economics, and arriving at a consensus to grapple them in the most potent manner.The convention allures the top brass of several big business houses, along with scores of students.The event, slated to be held on 5-6 November 2009 at the Vallabhbhai Patel Chest Auditorium, North Campus. The event will bear “Containing Global Challenges” as its underlying theme. The first day will witness economists and business barons mooting ways to challenge strategic challenges including Risk Management, International Trade, National Economy and Entrepreneurship.Day two of the event will focus on imminent issues like Layoffs, Marketing and Global Business Education, which merit immediate attention from all corners.

Chief Minister of  Delhi , Mrs Sheela Dixit, will be present along with various academicians, politicians and industy experts. Nestle, Sona Koyo, Aircel, Glako Smith Klein and many more companies have consented to be a part of the event.
